Ben Jordan

As a ten-year veteran of both design and custom application development, Ben brings deep capability and competence that covers both ministry and commercial projects.  He has led teams upwards of several dozens, multiplied globally.  His work has earned him into the ranks of the some of the top designers in the US having worked with name-brand companies such as American Airlines, Southwest Airlines, the Dallas Stars, the Ritz-Carlton, CBS, and many others.  This has included complex project management with full-spectrum design, interactivity, and integration into both custom and legacy systems.  The results have been featured in several publications and award-winning; significant for the client in accomplishing their vision and their mission.

He is an active contributor and author in a number of benchmark sources for the use and maturation of deployed production PHP and MySQL with a focus on user interface and experience.  Ben has over seven-hundred web projects to his credit.  In recent years much more focus and attention has been given to developing powerful web applications, including extension of mobile web development further into iPhone application development. Mark Newton

Mark is a seasoned veteran leader with over fifteen years of experience in CxO leadership positions for both ministry and commercial entities.  He has led teams across every discipline of technology in blended global projects earning him a reputation of respect for his delivered results, on-time, on-budget.  As a principled leader, he is passionate about the development of “upstream” strategy that reflects the heart of an organization, thoughtfully applied to the daily decisions and operations guided by management.  He credits this to the discipline of an innate understanding of properly designed, developed, and practiced business processes.  He has done such work with IBM, Dell, HP, and many others.  In ministry, this has included many of the largest and leading churches and para-churches in the world.  Mark is additionally passionate about the identification and development of “organizational DNA”.  This is as much art as it is science, but includes a thorough multi-dimensional understanding of leadership, process, strategy, and the development of an operational road map.  The results are often confidential, but the results breathtaking for its impact to organizational effectiveness.
